2. Eligibility

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate project requirements.
  • Supply necessary content, credentials, and assets when requested.
  • Review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Respond to communications promptly.
  • Obtain licenses for any third-party software or content they provide.

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may extend delivery timelines.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is provided through quotations or signed agreements.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

5. Project Changes

Any request outside the originally approved project scope may require:

  • Additional development time
  • Revised project timelines
  • Additional charges

Scope changes will only begin after approval from both parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for their project.
  • Himologics retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable code libraries, development tools, methodologies, and internal systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both Himologics and the client agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may include integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers, cloud services, or external software.

Himologics is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages
  • Pricing changes
  • API limitations
  • Policy updates
  • Service discontinuation

9. Support & Maintenance

Support services are provided according to the purchased maintenance plan or project agreement.

Additional development, feature enhancements, or support requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Upload malware or harmful code.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Disrupt the operation of our website or services.

11. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

12. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Required payments are not received.
  • Services are used for unlawful purposes.
  • Continued service presents legal or security risks.

15. Changes to These Terms

Himologics may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
